Caribbean Tastes is committed to ensuring the privacy of our customers. On-line purchasing is through a secure order and payment processing system. 128bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology is utilized through the Verisign Internet Security System. This technology works best when the site is viewed with a Netscape or Microsoft browser. Your information provided during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection. When ordering using the secure order form you will notice either a solid key or closed lock on your browser. Always look for these signs before entering any billing information. We do not share your information with any third party not directly involved in processing, preparing or shipping your order.

Delivery Information.
UPS Ground is our major carrier. Our delivery to you would be between 5 to 7 business days from the time of your order. Next day or second day air is only accepted via phone @ 781-338-0888 or toll free @ 888-363-0888.
Next Day Service is Guaranteed Through UPS.
Orders cannot be guaranteed with a specific time of delivery. Delivery hours are between 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
- Delivery cannot be made to a P.O. Box address
- Please have your gift delivered to your recipient's home or office address.
- Most schools do not accept deliveries.

we will address your concerns as soon as possible during regular business hours Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Our reply may take longer if you send your inquiry to us on a Saturday or Sunday.
Updating Your Information or Customer Profile.
Updating or rectifying information you have previously provided to us can easily be changed. Just send us an email with the new information to customercare@caribbeantastes.com
Substitutions.
Products may be substituted with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and a timely delivery.
Returns and Exchanges.
If any product is unacceptable due to lack of freshness, that product has to be returned before it is replaced to you or your recipient. We guarantee freshness at all times.
Address Corrections.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address including:
- Recipient Name
- Company Name (if applicable)
- Street Number and Street Name
- Floor, Suite, or Apartment Number (if applicable)
- City, State, Zip Code
- Telephone Number
If any part of a delivery address is questionable, then we encourage you to verify the address with your recipient prior to you placing your order. We will not be responsible if someone other than the recipient, Company Representative or Household Member signs for your gift basket. There will be no refunds in that case.
If you, or UPS request a corrected or more complete address after we ship your gift basket, there is a $12.00 re-shipping fee per gift basket. Please avoid this fee by providing an accurate and complete address when you place your order. If UPS returns your gift basket to us as undeliverable, you then have the option of re-shipping the same basket to a new address and paying a new shipping charge, or receiving a credit for 75% of the price of the gift basket. You will also be charged a 15% restocking fee. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
